We are a target and field archery club based in Weymouth and Portland in Dorset, England.

We have about 50 members of which about two thirds shoot regularly, and almost one quarter shoot both target and field.

We will be holding our next NFAS rules field shoot in April 2008,  the results of our last shoot in September 2007 and most previous shoots along with some photos of previous shoots can be seen on this site by following the links alongside.

11 members have achieved medal placings in this years (2007) tournaments with 2 (Steve and Christine) doing very well and usually achieving a placing. Steve Riggs is the Longbow Champion of the GWAS for the second year running (2006 & 2007), and Michelle came second at the National Clout Championships.

7 club members attended the Grand Western Archery week in Dunster 2007 several awards being won see the members section (achievements) for details, for a brief report of the 2005 week follow this link.

We were proud to again provide 5 out of the 24 County Team members for the annual GWAS intercounty event in Exeter for 2007, well done Christine, Steve, Alan, Andy and Mike.
